BARB'S ZESTY TURKEY AND RICE (submitted
by Barb F.)
I have a new recipe for you. The horseradish dip. The other
night I scrambled 1.5lbs of turkey with some olive oil,
peppers and onions until the turkey was fully cooked. Drain,
Add two tablespoons of the seasoning packet and one large
can 28oz. of diced tomatoes. Meanwhile I made instant rice
w/two cups of water and two cups of rice. I added the rice
with the tomatoes and heated through. It was delicious,
the whole family like it (very rare here).
Stay tuned for even more ideas, coming soon!
