POLICIES
PAYMENT
We are located in New Hampshire where there is no sales
tax! We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express), PayPal (credit cards, e-check,
and funded), personal checks and money orders. If paying
by check or money order and your payment is not received
within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.
When paying by check, money order, or PayPal e-check, your
order will be held until payment clears (generally 7-10
days). Checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) will
incur a $30 fee.
SHIPPING
Due to food restrictions, we currently ship to the United
States only. You may choose to have your order shipped via
Priority Mail or UPS. All orders are shipped with
delivery confirmation (where available) within 1-5 business
days of your order. Please allow slightly more time during
the holiday season or if you saw us in the media, as we
may have a large influx of orders.
We charge exact shipping along with a very small handling
fee. Local online purchases can be picked up free of charge
at our Kingston, NH location. Contact us for a voucher code
that eliminates the shipping cost if you wish to pick up
your order.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will enjoy our products. If you
are unhappy for any reason, however, please let us know
and let us make it right. We stand behind what we make and
want you to feel confident in shopping with us!
PRIVACY
We committed to keeping your personal information private,
and will NEVER sell, rent, or share your information with
others. Your personal information (including, but not limited
to, name, billing address, phone number, email address,
and credit card/PayPal information) will only be used as
necessary to fulfill your order.
