A comforting and smoky cheddar and bacon
mix made right here in moose-land! (Of course, here in New
England it's pronounced "cheddah".) We use organic
soy baconless bits in this dip mix. This dip is loved by
just about anyone - even vegetarians.

FOR PARTY DIP
Add package to 1 1/2 cup sour cream plus 1/2
cup of real mayonnaise* (or 2 cups of sour cream if desired).
Blend by hand. If desired add salt to taste. Chill for
at least 30 minutes. Stir and serve with chips, pretzels
or veggies.
Makes approximately 2 cups. For smaller
get-togethers (4-6 people), divide recipe in half. Low-fat
sour cream, plain yogurt, tofu or vegan "sour cream"
may be substituted (results may vary). *
Salad dressings such as Miracle Whip not recommended.
FOR CRACKER/BAGEL SPREAD
Add contents to 16 oz. brick cream cheese. Salt
to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours.
