My name is Chris Hanisco,
and I started Dippy Chick® in 2004
as a way to help pay the bills while staying home
with my two young sons. When I began this venture,
I only had plans of selling my products at farmer's
markets a few weekends a year. Now, Dippy Chick® products can be found
in several stores in the
US! I am still in awe over what Dippy Chick® has become in such a short amount of time, and I am
so grateful!
We are located just outside of Nashville TN, and make all of our products from scratch.
As you can probably tell by my product packaging,
I'm a little silly - or dippy, as we say here. I hand-drew
each design and came up with the quirky names. Right
away they were a huge hit. Aside from our strict quality
standards and great taste, our packaging is what sets
us apart and it really makes what we do waaaay more
fun!
Our facility is state-licensed. I also have education in
food safety and maintain a very clean environment during
packaging. Our products are made in a dedicated kitchen. |
Also, I am very aware of food allergies and label with all
potential allergens. All of our products are gluten free.
Myself, plus both of my sons have food intolerances to a few foods including gluten
(a protein in wheat, barley, rye and some other grains).
I know how frustrating it can be to find suitable food,
so I label our products carefully and created a page for
special diets here on our
site.
I am always working on new flavors and new products, so
you can expect our selection to grow over time. You can
find Dippy Chick® products all across the US. If you
don't have a store that carries our products locally, please
tell them about us! Or, tell us about them and we'll send
